High-barrier symmetrical structure eleven-layer cast coextruded easy-tear EVOH film uses cast process, has uniform film thickness and hard to curl, good tensile strength and flexibility, and allows double-sided heat sealing.
EVOH layer is a high oxygen barrier layer, and PA layer is a vapor barrier layer. Its high barrier performance can extend shelf life of low-temperature meat products and medical products, and keep nutrient and fresh flavor.
Nylon layer ensures the tensile strength and ductility of the film. The film has high transparency, anti-puncture, and good heat sealing , can be used on various equipment. It is applied for automatic fresh meat FFS packaging machines, thermoforming machines, water packaging machines, and pillow type packaging machines. It can be customized according to customers’ requirements and packaging requirements.
It uses PE heat sealing material and metallicene PE material with different heat sealing properties to customize easy-tear film with different tensile strengths. Consumers can tear along the opening line easily to open the packaging and prevent spilling of liquids.
Eleven-layer symmetrical structured coextruded cast film is made of resin materials, such as PA, EVOH, PE, and PP, such as PE/PA/EVOH/PA/PE coextruded film, PP/PA/EVOH/ PA/PE coextruded film, PP/PA/EVOH/ PA/PP coextruded film. PA and EVOH greatly improve the multi-layer film's barrier to oxygen and odor, compounded peeling strength, resistance to ambient and storage condition.
It is applied for packaging of food, chemical materials, and pharmaceutical products with high requirements of oxygen barrier, moisture resistance, and tensile strength.

| How to use |
It can be used at heat sealing temperature of 130℃~140℃ for 15~1.55s, at forming temperature of 85℃~105℃.
It is used for refrigerate storage of fresh meat products at 0℃~10℃, and for sterilized food packaging at 100℃.
The product is used for thermoforming packaging, with good and flat appearance, not easy to curl.
