High-barrier Anti-fog Film

High-barrier eleven-layer coextruded EVOH anti-fog film uses EVOH material as barrier layer and has superior oxygen, aroma barrier performance. 

It is a functional film that uses nylon as vapor barrier layer, and can prevent vapor from fogging on the film surface and maintain high transparency. Under high and low temperatures, the film surface does not form fog due to evaporation. The anti-fog film maintains high transparency and good appearance, and has high tensile strength, does not affect transportation storage and use. Food packaging has clear visibility, and prominent anti fog and preservation effects. The film can be used for refrigerated packaging food to effectively extend the shelf life. It can be customized according to customers'requirements and types of food packaging with specific tensile strength. The customer can easily tear the film to open packaging. It can be laminated with PET, PA, and CPP materials to produce green and clean food-grade color printing film. It is widely used as liddling film over trays or air packaging of fresh food.

For modified atmosphere packaging, if modified atmosphere packaging film cannot effectively prevent fog, when the food is refrigerated, and the ambient temperature reaches dew point temperature of packaging, its vapor is easily condensed into water drops, which affect product appearance and quality. High barrier EVOH modified atmosphere packaging anti-fog film is used to as wrap film and liddling film for thermoplastic sealing of packaging cooked food, fresh meat, seafood, and salad to maintain freshness. It is used as food packaging film, and is made of food-grade plastic resin materials.

According to the anti-fog and easy-tear properties, the modified atmosphere packaging film can be divided into: ordinary film that has no anti-fog and easy-tear properties, anti-fog film, easy-tear film, anti-fog and easy-tear film. The packaging film can also be divided into transparent film and colored film according to printing properties. For modified atmosphere packaging, the process of producing anti-fog and easy-tear film is complex.
