It uses EVOH material as barrier layer, which has superior oxygen, nitrogen and vapor barrier properties, and uses nylon as vapor barrier layer, and ensures the tensile strength of high barrier EVOH film. The easy-peel film or easy-tear anti-fog liddling film made of heat sealing material PE or metallocene PE can be easily torn along the heat-sealing line without affecting the packaging sealing.
It can be customized according to customers'requirements and types of food packaging with specific tensile strength. The customer can easily tear the film to prevent spilling out of liquids or objects.
Eleven-layer coextruded easy-peel EVOH film is made of EVOH and PA materials, which is used for high-speed packing on automatic vacuum packaging machines and thermoforming machines. It has good barrier performance, and extends shelf life of packed food products, maintaining nutrient and fresh flavor of food. The stable multi-layer coextruded cast film formula ensures high temperature retort(PP film), low temperature freezing(PE film), high transparency, anti-puncture, and good heat sealing performance of vacuum packaging, can be used on various equipment.

| How to use |
It can be used at heat sealing temperature of 130℃~140℃ for 15~1.55s, at forming temperature of 85℃~105℃.
It is used for refrigerate storage of fresh meat products at 0℃~10℃, and for sterilized food packaging at 100℃.
