High-barrier 11-layer cast coextruded EVOH film, such as PA/EVOH/PE coextruded film, PE/PA/EVOH/ PA/PE coextruded film, PA/EVOH/PP coextruded film, and PP/PA/EVOH/PA/PP coextruded film, all have EVOH as high-barrier middle layer and PA as vapor barrier layer. The nylon material ensures the tensile strength and ductility of the film, in accordance with the packaging requirements of automatic packaging machines and thermoforming machines.
The high oxygen and vapor barrier properties can extend the shelf life of low-temperature packaging of meat products and medical products, maintaining the nutriment and fresh taste of food. The superior eleven-layer cast coextruded food packaging film ensures high temperature retort (PP material), high transparency, anti-puncture, good heat sealing performance of vacuum packaging, which can be used on various equipment.

Eleven-layer EVOH coextruded film can be used as the base film and liddling film on“FFS” automatic packaging machines.
Automatic thermoforming machines, and skin packaging machines for fresh meat.
It can be used for vacuum packing perishable food products, such as meat, cheese, and soy products.
It can also used as liddling film over trays with PP, PE, and PS materials (easy to tear).
It is used for pasteurization packaging below 100°C (such as PA/EVOH/PE film)
It is used for sterilization packaging below 110°C for 30 minutes (such as PA/EVOH/PP film)
It is used to produce bags and as based material of laminated printing film
The easy-peel top and bottom film, applied for meat, snack foods and other packaging
Applied for fresh meat packaging, and cheese packaging
How to use: It can be used at heat sealing temperature of 130℃~140℃ for 15~1.55s, at forming temperature of 85℃~105℃. It is used for refrigerate storage of fresh meat products at 0℃~10℃, and sterilized food packaging at 100℃.
