Coextruded 11-layer cast film is produced by the FILMEX cast film production line of W&H (Windmöller & Hölscher). The FILMEX cast machine has adjustable flexible die lips and multi-flow channel co-extrusion composite cast film die head. According to their properties, a variety of polymers are extruded by eleven extruders synchronously, while eleven splitters divide the molten material into eleven film layers in integration. The compound layers go through cold water rollers for cooling to form the coextruded eleven-layer film, which integrates the advantages of chemical and physical properties of polymers, with uniform layer thickness, and has good overall performance.
It is made of food-grade resin materials such as nylon PA, EVOH, PE, and PP, and is produced in a symmetrical or asymmetrical structure. According to the combination of materials and ingredients, can customize the production of high-barrier functional films as required by customers. |

Cast coextruded 11-layer film is widely used in food packaging, fresh meat packaging, cooked food packaging, seafood and frozen food packaging, snack packaging, pre-packed food bags, vacuum packaging, pharmaceutical and medical excipient packaging, pesticide EC packaging, as well as production of ostomy bag and urine bag films, medical care products, etc.
The film can maintain product freshness while prevent moisture loss and freezer burn to extend shelf life. It also provides excellent packaging appearance with vacuum packaging technology.
