Freshness protection bag(vegetable and fruit)

This product is a general-purpose fresh-keeping material for vegetables and fruits. It is suitable for all vegetables and fruits. However,different types of fruits and vegetables have a certain difference between the preservation time. For general leafy vegetables, FMSXNMV can keeps 60 days fresh with less than 5% loss while 90 days with less than 8% loss. For general fruit, FMSXNMV can keeps 60 days fresh with less than 10% loss. The protection effect of FMSXNMV (fruit and vegetable) preservation bag was based on the principle of cell dormancy. Biomimetic cell membrane technology was used in production. After the long term preservation, there are almost no changes in quality of fruits and vegetables.


B. Matters need attention on application of (vegetable and fruit) freshness protection bag

a. Storage environment

Store at room temperature, away from heat, prevent from direct sunlight, to avoid ultraviolet radiation.


b. Storage Time

No more than 2 years.


c. Pretreatment of fruits and vegetables

1. For vegetables or fruits, make sure no damage and decay after picking.

2. Perform pre-cooling immediately for 3-4 hours in pre-colding storage while at least 12 hours in general cold storage to make sure that fruits and vegetables can reach the refrigeration temperature as quick as possible.

3. Vegetables and fruits cannot be washed nor chemical treatment while ozone sterilization is acceptable.


d. Cold storage requirements

1.Hygiene

The environment of cold storage should be clean and tidy. Rottenfruits and vegetables and garbage are forbidden. It is advisable to sterilizeafter each batch. Goods can be store more than 24 hours after the treatment of UV, ozone or spray disinfectant and other means of sterilization.

2.Temperature

For normal varieties, 0-4 degree. For not cold-resistant varieties,10 degree.


e. Precautions in usage of the bags

1. Pockets need to be tighten.

2. Make sure that the bag is intact. If any damage was found, it should be replaced immediately.

3. The bag is not strength enough to use as a container. The bag must be placed inside the basket for storage.

4. The goods shall not be squeezed during the entire operation.Light handling are recommended to avoid damages to fruits and vegetables.

5. Keep it ventilated.

f. Information record

After the products are put into the storage, the information should be well registered, which includes variety, quantity, storage time and etc. In accordance with the principle of first-in first-out management of storage.
